Forwarding a tel. extension to an external number
Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to forward an extension to an outside phone number. I tried feature 84 (Line Redirect) but it only seems to forwards lines rather than a particular extension. Any ideas? Best Regards, Hooman- Hoo
