    HELP!!! PCL6 undefind XL code

    Hi everyone, I got this error message while I was receiving a phone call in fax mode then my printer rang.After end up phone call I can't print any document in acrobat,MS Words BUT it works ONLY in MS Excel????.Reinstalled driver. Please advice me another way to resolve this issue. PCL6 ERROR...
