thanks for your replies. but we need this drivers urgently because we have over 100 pc's with win nt 4.0 installed on it. is the only possibility to install all workstations to win2k so we can use clear win2k printer drivers ? not really, or ? :-)

hi, we have the same problem and i can say it is caused of printer drivers. we use hp printer drivers for win2k and win nt 4 and i am sure this causes a lot of problems. we try now to use on our mf servers only win2k printer drivers. this should stop the bsod. sorry i can't post a solution...

yes, the temp. internet files are in the profiles. we delete them every night. the ntuser.dat isn't very big of each user so this point seems to be ok. we have 5 servers and it is every day another one who have such a big registry.

we do delete all unnecessary files in the profiles every night. we have jsut 60 users per server but in the past it works fine. but since we install ie6 we have this problem.

thanks, but i have done this and the problem is that the change to the file association only take for this user i am logged in. but i want the change take effect for every user on the terminal server. any ideas ?
