    Not exactly. The easiest way is to create a new folder that contains contacts. Once you have created the folder you can right click on it and use share properties to grant the receptionists whatever rights she needs.

    I don't think it's possible in IIS. You might want to try something like War ftp server ( www.warftp.org). This has a module that allows secure ftp.

    I don't think what you are looking for is in Active Directory. You will want to go into your Outlook options and make her a delegate (I belive it is the last tab). You will then be able to give her the permissions that you want to contacts, calendars, or whatever you think she needs.
