Hardware installation privileges?

User rights/ start a dervice?
I have a question in regards to services in 2000. I have a few users who log on to a domain, and thier permissions on the local computer are users, some power users. What is hapeening is that once in a while the print spooler fails, or never starts to begin with, and they have to start it...- Hollster
