    Arcserve media pool asking for more tapes

    Our media pools for SQL, EXCH and FPS have a full compliment of back-up tapes, it uses GFS (i.e. 5 for daily, 5 for weekly and 12 for monthly), yet it is asking for more blank monthly tapes. Does anyone have any idea why this is so?

    E3202 unable to list server drives! error on Arcerve log any advice?

    Reason for this is the machine which it was trying to back up was switched off. Th reason this was singled out from the other machines is that the PC itself performs a local back-up so when the server performs its daily back-up it up uploads the backed up file from the PC.

    The above error message appeared on my activity log (Arcserve 6.61), I'd be grateful for any advice on why this has occured and any remedies. Thanks
