STOP BLANK PAGE PRINTING
I've created several multi-column reports, that are usually 2 or 3 pages but occassionally should only be 1 page. On these occasions, though, the header prints with no data on the second page. In fact, if I suppress the header, just a blank page spits out. Any...- HMester

multiple columns
You can automatically format columns without having to go to 'labels'. Choose Format, Section, and then down at the bottom check Format with Multiple Columns. Then click on the layout tab and set them up as you need them- HMester
