No hardware compression on 20/40 tape
I'm currently using HP Surestore DAT 40 and Arcserve 2000 to backup my Windows 2000 server. My case is quite similar to what jdavis37 posted previously not getting the full capacity i.e. in my case is 40GB. I've checked the device details and it shows that the hardware compression enabled. The backup job stopped half way thru at 50%, I tried to stop the job but didn't work, I also tried to delete the job but it said the job still running.
