    Just an update... When setting up the Backup job, in the advanced options, make sure to UNCHECK the "Native data stream format" option if you intend to restore to other operating systems and or file systems. Damn! Joe

    3010 is Incompatible Format 3005 is Invalid Stream I had 13,292 files backed up from an NTFS drive. Made with TapeWare 7 from Windows XP with an HP Ultrium 1. I moved the tape over to a SUSE box with an Ultrium 3 drive running TapeWare v8 SP2 and attempted to restore to an Ext3 file system...

    I don't have the interface in front of me, but at the point in the Restore (where you select the files to restore and they appear in their original locations)...add them, then right click the file or folder, select Move, then browse for your new destination. If you select a Folder and Move it...
