Trouble with dial "0" operator assistant
Ghtrout, yes, we dial 9 then phone #. Therefore, dial 9 then 0 did not connect operator assistant. Let me make the issue more clear. We obtain PRI service from a provider. So far, everything seems o.k. except we cannot dial "0" (for operator assistant or 011 + for internaltional). Everytime...- hht55555

Hello, We have an Option 11C, but we cannot dial 0 for operator assistance. This PBX has no restriction with CLS - UNR on all of TN, also no NCOS. After dial 0, it's just busy out. Is there any way to see what is exactly sending out of the Meridian after dialing "0"? What I mean is the way to...- hht55555
