    CAP module question - Electronic Circuits

    Hi, I have a cap module that has fried the diode at "D4" on the board in the base of the cap module... does any one have a module pulled apart that they could tell me the value of D4? (d9 is IR1J, and i assume it would be the same). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
