    Checked the users computer references adn the ticked boxes are: 'Visual Basic for Applications' 'Microsoft Access 9.0 Object Library' 'OLE Automation' 'Microsoft Activex Data Objects2.1 Library' Does this mean there is some sort of conflict. What would be the easiest way to solve this problem?

    Sorry just remembered - i designed it at home which is Access 2002, edited it in work which is Access 2003, then put it on companies computer which is Access 2000!!!

    Yeah, the folder and the folder above and the mapped drive all have full permissions for all staff and administrators (all our staff are local admin). Thanks for suggestion
