Checked the users computer references adn the ticked boxes are:
'Visual Basic for Applications'
'Microsoft Access 9.0 Object Library'
'OLE Automation'
'Microsoft Activex Data Objects2.1 Library'
Does this mean there is some sort of conflict. What would be the easiest way to solve this problem?

VBA
Microsoft Access 11.0 object library

Microsoft Active X Data Objects 2.1 library
What does this mean?
Sorry just remembered - i designed it at home which is Access 2002, edited it in work which is Access 2003, then put it on companies computer which is Access 2000!!!

Yeah, the folder and the folder above and the mapped drive all have full permissions for all staff and administrators (all our staff are local admin).

We are running an Acces database on a server which has reports that many people access via a desktop shortcut. A couple of people are having the problem were a meesage appears saying - "cannot create lock file".
Ive checekd permissions to the folder and file and all staff have full access...
No I dont think the user account has the rights to create virtual directories. I think the web server is IIS v5 on both setups.
