217 W3404 can't open and backup the database file in SQL7
on top of NT4 licence from ArcServe, you need to buy Backup Agent for Open File and Backup Agent for SQL. If you don't have a promission problem ( you need to create an account for ArcServe, rather than using your god Admin account), After that, you should be fine. HereIam- HereIam
