I am taking data from and access database that has employee's addresses in it. The address is split down into Street, city, etc. What I want to do is have it so that if a line is blank it moves all the other address lines up to leav no gaps i.e. If all Data is there: If Data for Strt address...

I have a table of Authors List First Name Surname, I want to use VB to change the authors to surname, first name. I know there will be some exception and will have to change and check the data but can anyone help me to sort out the majority. Thanks Mark
