windows 98 startup errors
i was about to burn a CD earlier and all of sudden my computer shut off.when it came back on it was a black screen that says "Starting Windows 98... Type the name of the Command Interpreter." it stays at that screen and i can't get it to do anyhting else.my computer is a compaq.i'm on another...- help223
