    Another feature which is activated after the CM4 upgrade. Caller ID displays when the phone is ringing, but when the phone is picked up, the name changes to a handset picture! can we change it so that caller id stays on the display. Thanks

    Thanks Zen216, that’s correct on the dialplan parameters you now have 9, 10 , 11, 12 and 13 digit display pattern which can be changed accordingly. Cheers

    We had our system upgraded to CM4.0 this weekend and now all the incoming calls on display shows,4 digits a hyphen then 3, a hyphen then 4.  E.g.  “0207-xxx-xxxx”.  Is any way we can remove this hyphen. Thanks

    Just to add to your mysteries guys, I have selected the option a & c which was wrong. Some one did try it c & d which was wrong as well. And also all the ACE answer this question as a & c. I have found lot of questions that need to be reword. Thanks Guys
