    Time Between Down and Up events too short.

    Hello, can someone tell me how can i have events IF_DOWN and IF_UP, for the same interface at the same timestamp? i'm not using snmp traps to manage nodes but ping's, and the polling interval is 10min. Also i use two collection station and one management station. Thanx
