I have a cs1000 with latest software,just added sips trunks also using pri's.I have moh that only works some of the time.I can direct select it and it works.I can call in sometimes it works and sometimes I get dead air when put on hold.Any help would be appreciated.thanks

I have a a problem with my console.we moved our long distance route to my local route.Now when the console tries to dial a LD number there is a tone which she puts in a code they can't break the tone. I tried several ways to make this work but have been unsuccessful.She is pushing the ees key on...
