I believe that it was a cookie, although it doesn’t make any sense, why only that web site? Anyway I tried several ways to delete the files (logged on as Admin, safe mode, safe mode command prompt) but there were four files that I could not delete. The files had random characters for names and...
I have an issue with IE running on Windows XP. I was surfing when my IE window suddenly closed. I tried to launch again but before my home page (www.sportsline.com) finished loading it closed again. I was able to launch IE to a different page by using the Start/Run prompt, however when I changed...
I don’t have a solution for your problem however it’s not necessary to restart the computer when Notes crashes. Do a Ctrl - Alt – Delete (Task Manager – Process in WinXP) and end the following processes, naldaemn.exe, nhldaemn.exe and nlnotes.exe, it should be noted that depending on the error...
Because we have a MS select agreement that includes Windows XP pro we save money by purchasing new laptops with no operating system. They always shipped them with XP home installed and I have upgraded about a dozen laptops running XP home to XP pro without any problems. On a personal note if it...

Outlook Express to Domino Address Book Import Utility
This utility minimizes user intervention, once the user has exported their contacts from Outlook Express to a CSV file all they need to do now is select the file and click a button...
It didn't matter what version i installed ... I've had the same problem with r6, I spent a few hour changing permissions and could never get it to load unless the user had admin rights. I finally said the heck with and installed the program while logged on as the individual user.
Actually you haven’t completed the process ... you need to open the ‘file’ 1 under the # and you should see the Outlook Express to Domino Address Book Importer. I have used it to export from both Outlook and Outlook Express, if you do it from Outlook you will nee to ‘clean up’ the CVS file first.
When I had the problem it didn't matter which location I was using, I even deleted all of them and created a new one and had the same problem. By using the Trace command you are forcing Notes to find the connection.

I had the same problem, and my work around was to install the program while logged on as the user. This worked for me and I didn't have to give them admin rights.
First verify that you can ping the Notes server ... if you can ... go to File – Preferences – User Preferences… click the ‘Ports’ button, select TCPIP from the ‘Commutations ports’ windows and click the ‘Trace’ button. On the Trace Connections dialog box click the drop down arrow and select the...
That will change the font size in the memo, if you want to increase the default display font used by Lotus Notes on a workstation you need to edit the notes.ini file. When using higher screen resolutions Lotus Notes e-mail can become difficult for some users to read.
To increase the display...
