The one thing I have noticed is that when I first go into backup manager to setup the job I see the user guest in the gray bar at the bottom of the window. I have done all of the above. I have checked and set the user account policy rights, share rights to the folders to be backed up and the arcserve share. I have confirmed the user is a member of the appropriate groups (ie; adminstrators and backup operators). Checked to confirm the user can...- havmc

I have rebuilt a server and installed W2K on it from NT4. After installing Arcserve Workgroup I receive the message when trying to setup a backup job.- havmc
