I tried your suggestion, it didn't work. Durring the key change process after it creates the backup for the database DM tries to openthe newly created database but it can't, afther that even if I replace the current DB with the original database, SRVCSTARTDB.exe still doesn't start. Hi Guys, I just got Micros 3700 v4.0 and after I installed it, converted my database, when i ttry to start OPOS it gives me: "ENCRYPTION INITIALIZATION FAILED" .
