    Thanks for your prompt response...Yes, I changed the CSS in the call forward and p/u settings box...from <none>. It worked.

    I can't make calls roll.In Call manager under call fwd and call p/u settings I have unchecked the VM boxes and added destination #'s along with the CSS - The user has added the incoming call forwarding in ccmuser to. What am I missing?
