Yes, if a user does not make an entry or makes one or two failed attempts and then makes no entry, the system will transfer to the timeout location. But if the user makes three mistakes, they get dropped.

Generic extn has one personal number entry which is a freephone number. Customers are complaining they get congestion on every second call. I see the ONE CALL=1 , shouldn't this be = 0 to allow multiple calls to divert to the freephone??
