Thanks for the insight. One thing though, I started session logging for the Pop3 Client and when I looked in the log file for the 'generic' user, it showed that all of the address lines were intact: 'To: listuser@listserv.com' and 'Bcc: myuser@mydomain.com' (ficitious addresses). Hi! We have all of the mail for our domain delivered to a single mailbox at our ISP and download periodically through dialup. If a local user is a bcc or cc on an email where the To is not a valid local account, the mail gets routed to the default mailbox for the domain. Is there any way to...- hankh
