Any ideas on how to turn on the API on the partner acs 509 for remote access?

Good evening team. I install a 509 processor and a 308EC all I get from the 308ec is couple quick flashing green light and it goes off and I can not get a dial tone from the expansion ports. Any ideas from you guys?

Did you setup daylight saving time? maybe that might help

this happens when I dail an extention either from an intercom button or from a programmed key. I am getting callers ID now- I had to unassign all extentions from being VMS cover extention now callers name is being displayed kind of funny hu?

Good Evening Gang: I installed a partner acs 509. everything works fine except the name desplay. every time i dail an extention it desplays "AUTOMATED ATTENDANCE" instead of the caller's name. Any ideas on what is going on?

This is a common problem when the battery leads are reversed. Check the polarities on the batteries and make sure they are right, if not switch them and that should fix your problem.

I am trying to use the pc admin tool to program a Partner ACS, but I am having difficulty connecting to the unit. Every time I tried it give me a message that reads: "check that the port exists or is it in use by another program. Any ideas or how do I connect to this unit?
