this is auto-scroll, when enabled the copy will move up or down at a rate pursuant to the distance you have placed the arrow from the icon. great feature, avoids having to mind the cursor while reading lengthy copy. i dont use the wheel much, just autoscroll slowly while i read. if i want to...- halfmile
