Thanks everyone. I feel I am getting closer. After adding the s??? to my shortcode that redphone suggested, I am getting the area code to show. Now the problem is the rest of the number quit showing. I am receiving just the 3 digits I added. Any suggestions to append the rest? Thanks again.

I have an IP Office installed with a PRI. The PRI provider (MCI) is delivering 7 digits. When I dial out, the caller id only shows the 7 digits. Is there a short code I can add to prepend the area code? Thanks.

Found the problem. First off, I did not have the correct Filter set to see all traffic. Secondly, MCI was sending Inbound ANI, *, DNIS, *. So in total I was recieving 16 digits, and the IP Office had no idea what to do with them. I had MCI strip the ANI and *'s, and it is working fine. Any idea...
