    I have an IP Office installed with a PRI. The PRI provider (MCI) is delivering 7 digits. When I dial out, the caller id only shows the 7 digits. Is there a short code I can add to prepend the area code? Thanks.

    Found the problem. First off, I did not have the correct Filter set to see all traffic. Secondly, MCI was sending Inbound ANI, *, DNIS, *.
