Is it ok to change video standards to save repeating project allover
I have made an SVCD movie using premiere 6.5 in a PAL format. I want to send it to a friend in the States. Ccan I just use my same PAL settings but change it where the export timeline in the File menu is then select adobe MPEG encoder finally choosing NTSC video standard. Would this allow my...- guwidaflu
