CUCM 7 and EasyCall
We have installed CUCM 7 (upgrade form 4.3) and we are trying to get this to work on a SIP trunk with EasyCall 2.0. I have spoken with the Cirtix EasyCall team in america and they don't know why it's not working or how to resolve it. My question is rather simple.... Anyone else use this or got...- Gumpy

I take it you have explored the Cirtix site. I have also found a few threads that just dry up after someone mentions upgrading or "there are a extra few settings to cinfigure". Cluster Updates
We are updating all of our Cluster Partitions. Which is mostly working. However, On several occasions the Update and reset of a Cluster Partition fails and the office does not then recieve incomming external calls and can no longer do the Call pickup. Thanks that does help. I have been looking for these documents but Google search the cisco site better than cisco do. How weird!? I have now modified our SRST config and will test. Will let you know if all went to plan. Thanks Geoff -

I am trying to get our SRST to work on fail over. The current config failed when we had a BT MPLS line down Last week. We are using a 2620xm in this office. Any tips would be helpful. PSTN Was still available. Geoff
