Hello, I was asked what modem speeds to expect through our PBX. A modem call will dial in to a DID that reoutes through a T-1 then terminates on an analog station (500 set). Thanks in advance, Gumpus

If you have and ACD system like MAX or like you can be able to compile stats for an extension, you can also see what trunk was used to call the DN.

LD 60 LCNT? are the counters on the T-1's clear? I would suspect the Dialogic cards haveing a bad port. Is this for a VRU? Does the T-1 wind up with a analog channel bank? I would try changing dialogic card #1 with card #3 and see if the problem follows the card. gumpus

I would contact AT&T and try to get it resolved. Hopefuly you have a good sales rep at AT&T that acn weed through the B.S. to find out what numbers are ported to the T-1 in question. Good luck, gumpus
