You may also want to force the Network Adapter from "Auto" to 100 Full Duplex or whatever your network routers are setup for. That made a big difference where I'm at.- GuitarSlinger

IMPORTANT: Before you do this make sure you're NOT connected to any ICA sessions! In Citrix Program neighborhood clear the cache. Go to Tools \ ICA Settings… \ then choose the "Bitmap Cache" tab. Click Clear Cache Now.- GuitarSlinger
