I have windows 2000, and when it boots - right before it get the the windows 2000 login screen, the monitor cuts off, but you can tell that the PC continues to boot. If I boot the computer in safe mode the monitor will continue to stay on. Thanks for any help in advance.

I figure this one out! Ipsecurity policy was set under network connection. This is located under the advanced tab under tcp/ip. Had to uncheck it and restart the computer.
