Oracle uses connection pooling by default - can it be that allthe connections are kept open and Oracle simply does not allow for another connection?- grrrr

Recieved Registry Problem error
Okay, here's the situation. I have a compaq deskpro running Windows 95, connected to a Citrix server via a modem connection. The problem is when the computer boots up. It asks for the windows logon info then goes into a registry problem error message saying: Windows encountered an error...- grrrr
