Been awhile, I have a 2000IPS connected CCIS to a 2400. The voice mail pilot on the 2400 is 2400. On the IPS I am trying to set a speed dial for 2,400 but for the life of me cant remember how to enter the comma. Any ideas?

HI ASll, I am trying to set call block on my 2400IMX r11. I can get the block to work with ACID BUT it only transfers to voice mail and I would like the blocked call to go to busy signal. Can any7one shine some light on this?

Unable to run MEM_HDD while on CPU 0. I am thinking the flash card is shot. Any ideas? Can I swap the flash cards and see if trouble follows? Is the flash card replaceable and wold I have to format?
