Well I figured it out finally we're only using 4 lines on the ATM16 and I didnt set the other pots to Out of Service. So far this seems to have worked.

Lines are fine when I use a buttset the only major change is we went from a PRI to the ATM16 so I’m thinking the ATM16 is bad but just wondering if it’s my programming before I return it. I also had comcast run a live trace and after the 3rd call is placed the dont see anything come through...

That did it I kind of thought it was a problem with routing because I can talk fine with the home office but all the satellite offices using the ip phone couldn't talk to each other.

Might want to check and make sure the feature key service is running I had the same problem after the last upgrade... ~Owen
