Keep getting 13.1 paper jam but no paper is jammed
It may be a sensor or the logic board but I would start with the input rollers. If they are worn and they don't pick up the paper you will get a 13.1 and possible that they will pick the paper when you clear the error.- grenco77

HP 4050 smearing
Have a HP 4050 that smears the last inch of print near the end of a page of print. Has anyone ever seen this? Think that it is a fuser problem but can't figure why only the last inch.- grenco77
