HI my problem is actually for forms within my own network, when i customise my form the recipent can only see teh compose version which of course is blank when they forward it they then see the read version only if they forward it, how can i set it up that wat i enter in my end is wat they see...

thanks, but u see i dotn want a separate doc open i would like a copy of the existing documetn to appear below it so they can use that template tha is so they dont haev several doc s, they can append pages onto the existing one? Any suggestions? Gregsy

I have a doc with a set lay out i have have a toolbar wat i have tried is to have a button so when clicked a new page of the document appeared below it in teh same form ready to be filled out. i tried a macro with copy n past btu it opened a new blank page adn so the lay out was lost i thought...

actually that didnt work btu i found another way of doin it for anyones interest when u start a macro assign it to a toolbar then it is added to a macro list u can add to the bar button teh wat stated can onyl be done in excel thanks for yoru help mate :)
