    BIS, Thanks for your assistance, The PBX is sending the ANI via the PRI channel but where does the IVR know where to store it? I thought it would use the ANI variable. I added it to the event on the load variable but no luck? Any suggestions? Thanks

    Wildcard100001, Thanks for your response and you're correct, it is internal to the IVR. That's where I'm having trouble. I have PRIs pointing to the IVR that can send the ANI/DNIS digits but not sure how to collect them on the IVR. Thanks again

    I'm trying to collect the ANI of incoming calls to the IVR. I think I need to create an external function but not sure how to set it up. Can someone assist? thanks
