Thanks for the info I have double checked and it is in the right location, I am running Arcserve 2000 and it is in %Systemroot%\ca_lic, I donot have the other location. Cheers- grazy

Can any one help me, I am getting the following error: 'e12002 <3NUB> Arcserve - License Failure. Terminating... Please run the appropiate license program to properly licence your product'. This has stopped the job engine I have recently updated a few servers at work with a new 5year License...- grazy
