Edit the the Dynamics.set file on the new workstation and check the location it is pointing to for your Reports.dic file.

Try this, go to Great Plains Techknowledge and Search on "Ending Balance Differs from Beginning Balance After Year End Closing" or "Trial Balance is Out of Balance"

Goto Setup -> System -> Named Printers. You also might want to look up "Named Printers" in the online help under Help -> Index, type in Named Printers as the keyword and read the overview.
