I have two people that cover the same line. If one is on that line and the other picks up then she is on the same call. Is there a way to keep this from happening (other than telling her to not pick up the phone if she see's the other person is already on the line)? I would like for the second...

I tried using new and it said something like cpdn already exists...or something like that.

I have searched this and can't seem to figure it out. I have added users to an intercom group but when I intercom their extensions their names don't come up ( just their 2 digit code). I totally out'd their names and put them back, that didn't work. I also chg'ing in ld 95 but at the DIG prompt...
