I am migrating to a Win2k3 Active Directory network. I have a user who needs to login to the domain with a laptop and also be able to be mobile. I want the local profile and domain profile to be the same regardless of whether the laptop is logged in to the domain or not. Any suggestions?

I haven't used this on Win2003, but have used on Win2k and WinXP... shutdown.exe - a very simple utility but very effective. I would venture to guess it will work on Win2003... Just run a search on the web and you can find this in many locations.
