What program can I use with WinXP to send emails to a networked user without being connected to the internet? My computer and another computer is hooked up via network cards and I want to be able to send email/instant messeges to the other computer while we are offline and not connected to the net

I am currently using IE6 that comes with Windows XP Pro and I have this little annoying problem with the bookmarks. When ever I create a folder into the bookmarks it never stays on top of the list. I sort it by name then when i close it and open it back up it doesn't stay as it should
