How to install Oracle8i on standalone PC ?
Hi, I also am trying to install Oracle8i personal onto my windows 98 pc. The install went fine, up to a point. When SQL comes up, it asks for a password. I can not get through that point. When installing it asked for a "name.domain" that was also duplicated into a "SID"...- gmapuppy
