Shutdown patch exists for 98, NOT 95???
When you say hanging, I will presume you mean you get the 'windows is shutting down' screen and not the 'it is now safe to turn off your 'puter' screen. The usual fault of this is either the video card driver not releasing the system, or a network card driver doing the same. I would check on...- Gloop
