    That was a great tip, but it didn't work. I did resolve it by copying the system-only settings from another set. But thanks a million, I learned something new. I wish I could get DVD based trainer on the MICS.

    When a caller dials a DID of another line in our office. That call keeps showing up on my line and another users line. I believe it is doing this becuase I was "experimenting" with copying the system settings of another set. How do I turn off the Answer DN feature?

    I have a MICS 4.0 system. On my handset, I am not able to recieve calls from outside of our MICS network, nor am I able to recieve direct calls from within the company.     It appears that my M7310 did not have its automatic relocation feature enabled. When I unplugged the phone, the phone reverted to an extension that is now disallowed by the MICS4.1. How do I reprogram my phone to use extension 423, which is allowed?

    I too need to create an Access database using the output from the SMDR6 on a MICS4.1. Does anyone have the data format/ data structure from the SMDR6? Or know where I can obtain this information without having to fork over $500 for an Open Membership.
