Installed a Starplus STS with 24 bt phs. Put system back in default. The first 8 phones work. The additional DTIB in slot 3 that should support 8 more is not responding. can't seem to find if i need to tell system a 2nd DTIB is installed. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a blast from the past. A customers home system is a Vodavi 616 EK. I can't find in the manual how to program line-4 from a mul button back to line-4. There is 1 phone that has L-4 on it appearing & ringing but no other. I can get into programming. Checked for no privacy, no restrictions...

Customer wants to remote access MICS 7.1 by calling DID (L191) and enter a password then be able to make International calls. I tried using rem access line but system will not let me enter any line number over 156 (last before DID range) Any thoughts?

Can I change DN lenght from 2 to 4 without reprogramming?

I have CICS with 2 digit ext & want to replace with MICS with service card & T-1 card for PRI, no expansion card needed. Can I keep it at 2 digit extension so I don't have to reprogram CP100?

mynus, Set target line prime set the extension. Is Call Pilot set for NVM. (not CP) Try making target line appear & ring on set. Reboot CP & MICS (MICS first then CP after MICS is up) gkurk

lynmar On a fastRad the mem cap is round black and standing up on end. The one I am looking at has GC 5.5V1.0F on it.I just take a bare wire hold it on each side for about a minute then check with meter. I never had it damage one but jerryreeve might have a point.

lynmar, You can also open unit and short mem cap this will set to default too.
