    That makes sense, but it doesn't seem like it is setup that way (can you think of any other way this might be working?) .. every extension (not just the 3 that right to that #) are in the same group (1) . Ugh! Thanks for the help.

    OK! Yay! I have the phone working, internally... I can make a call to that extension from inside the office, problem is it can't make calls, it just says CO if you pick up the phone...totally clueless on this phone system, I like the TD500 better :p ..
