I tried to set the password on Client Agent and then set the same password on Server but it still doesn't work.

I still have the problem. I tried to open any for the Server in the firewall but when I trie to connect to the server I received the error: Failed to login to the agent. The server in DMZ with the agent is member of another domain respect the Arc Serv Server. Can this be a problem ?
