Hi,
Everything in Marvin's post is absolutely correct, however you mentioned that iManager works so it seems that you do not have Apache/Tomcat/SSL issues.
It may be just a matter of the pointer to the GW WebAccess page not being correct in the httpd.conf file as brichr mentioned. The...
Hi,
No this is not an option with WebAccess. The closest you can easilt get is using Proxy, which is available in recent version of WebAccess.
If you use the native GroupWise client, then you can do what you asked right from the Send Message screen.

Hi,
I don't know of any vendor that puts out a true CBT for the CNE 6 or 6.5 certification.
The Novell Self Study Kits are good but they are in no way to be considered a CBT. In fact the Novell Self Study Kits are basically the same exact material that you get if you take the instructor...
Hi,
Proxy does not provide access to the other user's address book. If you need that level of access you will need to set up a shared address book.

Hi,
If imanager is installed and running, you need to point your browser to https://ipaddress/nps/iManager
No port is necessary since iManager listens on the standard HHTP port 80. Also note that the address may be context sensitive.... iManager.

Hi,
Seems like you may have more than one issue so it may be too complex to solve in a forum like this, but here is some information to start with:
1) In TCPCON, you generally will not see the ports 389 and 636 as TCPCON translates them to their text equivalent. What you should see are ldap...
Hi,
Intellisync works but you don't absolutely need it. GroupWise PDA Connect is available to download from Novell's web site (also included in GroupWise 7), and it will synchronize to any Palm device.

These types of messages simply indicate that the destination SMTP server is rejecting the message. The obvious reason would be that the TO address is not valid but I assume you have verified that it is.
As such, the next reason why this might happen is because the destination domain is...
I would go one step further and recommend that you never put a tape drive on the same SCSI bus as the hard drives. I have seem too many "strange" issues in cases like this.
Adaptec 29160 controllers are fairly cheap so put the drives on their own controller.

Hi,
As mentioned in the last post, there are easy ways to do this:
1) By installing the Novell client on the XP workstation (hopefully it is XP Pro, not XP Home), you will get a Novell client login. Then the Windows authentication will come up whether that be a local machine authentication...
Hi,
The first thing I would say here is to slow down and get a better picture of the entire situation. If you start messing with master replicas without knowing exactly what is going on then you could get yourself is some real trouble.
I am not sure that I fully understand the entire...
Hi,
IntelliSync is one of those programs that garners a love/hate relationship. You love what it does but hate the way it does it. It can be a real pain to get working right.
There are other commercial solutions out there, but one other route is to try the FREE GroupWise PDA Connect...
Hi,
No you can not do that. If the outbound message must have a return address of quotes@domain.com, then you could either create a new account as FarOut mentioned or use a gateway alias for this user. If you use a gateway alias, you need to remember that all E-Mail messages from this user...
Hi,
While that is one "possible" use for the clone procedure, it is not the intended use. Cloning is done with the VM shut down so if you can actually shut down your Exchange system, this would serve your DR needs.
Otherwise you would need to implement a script based "hot" backup or use...
